The transaction monitoring page within the OMP is functional again. It is expected to take another 12 to 24 hours before we return to our normal delay of 5 minutes.

Investigating -
We are experiencing issues with updating the Transaction Monitoring in the TecCom Portal since January 23 at approximately 6:48 p.m. CET.
We are working with the highest priority to reactivate this service.
All transactions were processed normally, as this only relates to monitoring in the TecCom portal.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We will inform you once the issue has been resolved.
