An extraordinary maintenance window is required, in order for TecAlliance to improve it`s application services. This update affects the whole TecComPortal. A service interruption is expected, in this case you won´t be able to access those components. We are trying to keep the interruption period as short as possible.

This scheduled maintenance affected: TecCom Portal (Login / Inquiry / Order, Membership Profile, CMD (Collaborative Managed Data), Other - TecCom Portal, TransactionMonitoring, Legal Invoice), Warranty & Returns (new) (TOM Webservice (Warranty & Returns), UI (User Interface), Rest Service, Other - Warranty & Returns (new)), and Insights (Insights UI (User Interface), Report queue, Report scheduler).
