an extraordinary maintenance window is required, in order for TecAlliance to improve its application services.

Impact:
We expect only minimal impact.

During failover time (2x ~5 min) no messages are accepted, processed, or forwarded.
Automatically generated messages, which can not be stopped, must be resent.

Affected Solution: Order Manager/TecCom: (Order/CMI/TecCom Portal/AS2/OFTP2)

Communication, auto-gration, Other - Order Platform), CMI (Collaborative Managed Information) (Other - CMI), and TecAlliance SFTP Server.
